_{6. Intellectual Property Rights}

• _{All creative works produced by F12Render are the intellectual property of F12Render until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will receive usage rights for the delivered images.}
• _{F12Render reserves the right to showcase the completed projects in its portfolio and on the website unless otherwise agreed in writing.}

_{7. Confidentiality}

• _{Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the services. This includes but is not limited to project details, designs, and personal information.}

_{8. Limitation of Liability}

_{F12Render’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.}

_{9. Termination}

_{Both parties may terminate the service agreement in writing with 15 days notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payment obligations shall remain in effect.}

_{10. Governing Law}

_{This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paços de Ferreira.}

_{11. Amendments}

_{F12Render reserves the right to amend these Terms and Policies at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.}
